Here’s how we get your order safely to you.

Shipping Days
All orders are shipped every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
We take a short break from shipping on Saturday to Tuesday, and on Malaysian public holidays.

Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your order within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after 6PM (MYT) will be processed the following working day.

Where We Ship
At the moment, we deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

International Orders
For international deliveries, parcels usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on the destination and customs.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are to be covered by the recipient.

Delivery Time
You can expect your parcel to arrive within:

• 3–5 working days in Peninsular Malaysia
• 5–7 working days in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
• 7–14 working days in Singapore and Brunei, depending on customs clearance

Shipping Fees

• Peninsular Malaysia: Free shipping - our little treat for our local girlies!
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM35
• Singapore: RM60
• Brunei: RM110

Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number will be available upon request so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.
Please note that we’re not responsible for loss or damage during transit - if anything happens, you can reach out to the courier directly using your tracking number.

Order Cancellations
We may cancel an order when necessary. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email within three (3) working days, along with the reason and next steps.

• Exchange requests are only valid within 5 days of the item's arrival date (based on our shipment tracking).

Please allow 10 working days to process all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

• Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds

• International returns and refunds are accepted, but all costs are borne by the customer.
• Returned item(s) must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

Exchanges

Defective Items
. If an item is found to be defective, we will replace it with a new one.

Return/Exchange Delivery & Costs
. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.

• Exchange orders will be delivered back to you within 7-10 working days after processing.

Order Cancelations & Pricing Errors
. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or technical issues.
. Under Malaysian contract law, prices displayed on our website are considered an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a system error, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price

. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we will inform the customer, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.
. Refunds due to cancellations from pricing errors will be processed
within 14 working days, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
