Deliveries

Shipping Days
Orders are shipped every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
We pause deliveries from Saturday to Tuesday, as well as on Malaysian public holidays.

Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00PM (MYT) will be processed on the next working day.

Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

International Deliveries
International deliveries typically arrive within 10–21 working days, depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or during peak periods.
All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the delivery fee.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 3 - 5 working days: Peninsular Malaysia

  • 5 - 7 working days: East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • 10 - 21 working days: International destinations, subject to customs clearance

Delivery Fees

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Complimentary delivery
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM35
  • Singapore: RM60
  • Brunei: RM110
  • Other international destinations: Delivery fees are calculated based on destination and will be advised upon order confirmation.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Couriers typically attempt delivery during working hours. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, re-delivery arrangements can be made directly with the courier using your tracking details.
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. In such cases, you may contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Peak Periods
Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order from our end. If this happens, you will be notified by email within three (3) working days, along with details on the reason and next steps.
If you require assistance after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, our team will do our best to advise where possible.
