Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, based on shipment tracking.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of the item’s arrival.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Returns & Refunds
- Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, equal to the value of the returned item(s).
- International returns are accepted, however all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer.
Please allow up to 10 working days for returns and store credit to be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size only, and must be for the same design.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- No exchanges are available for international orders.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Please allow up to 18 working days for exchange requests to be processed. Once approved, exchanged items will be shipped within 7–10 working days.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and order details.
- For local orders, defective items will be replaced with a new item, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- For international orders, defective items are not eligible for exchange, but store credit will be provided.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed defective items.
- Shipping rates for returns and exchanges will be advised based on location.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Final Notes
- Made-to-measure, bridal, bespoke, and Atelier pieces are not eligible for return or exchange
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
